Can bought at Craft Metropolis - Penge. Aroma is low key: floral, light fruit, onion and light resin. Waxy pineapple gold. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resin. Followed by sweet but tangy fruit. Citrus and onion edge. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Soft carbonation with a touch of the fizz. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking DIPA with a bit of an edge.

Hazy yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average retention and some soapy lacing left. Citrus zest aromas and flavours. Fairly mild, or just well-blended. Juicy mouthfeel with a building dry finish. A touch of tart is left on the tongue. Hints of pineapples in there, but not enough to balance the tart-bitter zest aspect. I would expect the oats to do that job, but they seem busy. A good first from this brewery, and if you enjoy the dryer, a little more bitter zesty, hazy IPAs.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours near-opauqe dull yellow with a thick white head and lace. Aroma of pale citrus, especially grapefruit, creamy guava and papaya, unripe pineapple, bitter citrus pith, a little passionfruit, floral vanilla. Flavour is lightly sweet, sugared grapefruit and lime, bitter orange, unripe pineapple, papaya and melon, slightly soapy and woodsy herbal edge, cedar, neutral yeast, retiring pale malt, astringent herbal pithy finish wih some lingering melon. Medium-bodied, oily, fairly soft carbonation. Well-brewed if a touch soft on the nose, but the hop profile is not to my personal taste. Too soapy and astringent, I blame Ekuanot.

16oz (thx, Brian C.!) at Andrey's shared with Alex and Ash. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: very fruity, crispy. Taste: apong the same lines with tons of a bit strange of passion fruit. Overall: interesting.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune-orangée pâle opaque, mousse blanche laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, papaye, gazon fraîchement coupé. Goût de houblon résineux, orange, papaye, un peu vert, amertume moyenne plutôt longue, malt, pointe de levure. Carbonatation moyenne, corps dense. Superbe!
