Brown bottle, 750 ml, date: 29/01/19, bought at Rapido, savoured on 22 March 2019; eye: dark brown, voluminous and evanescent brown head that turns into a ring, no effervescence; nose: chocolate, hazelnut, dust, light chocolate; mouth: chocolate, hazelnut, dust, light chocolate, finale in chocolate with presence of hazelnut, light-medium body, good carbonation, curiously bitter, a bit thin; in summary: correct

A dark stout with a thin creamy brown head. In aroma, sweet nutty chocolate malt with light caramel malt, light esters, nice. In mouth, a sweet grainy chocolate malt with light mineral notes, light chalk, so-so. Bottle from GRM at Pushkinwows Diabetes dessert stout tasting, March 2019.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka. Arôme de vanille, cacao, malt torréfié. Goût de malt torréfié, cacao, légère amertume. Carbonatation faible, corps faible. Une très belle entrée en matière pour cette jeune brasserie!
