Light yellow pour, small white head, incredibly effervescent. Aroma is slightly musty apples, with alot of slightly bitter apples peal, and unsweetened apple juice. Mouthfeel is very crisp, and clean. The finish is a great unsweetened apple cider, quite tart, lots of crisp apple skins and clean apple flesh flavours. Very enjoyable.

Growler 1L. Couleur jaune très pâle translucide, aucune mousse. Arôme de pomme fraîche et légèrement acide, alcool, légèrement floral. Goût de pomme fraîche, légère acidité, pelure de pomme, sec. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-faible.

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color cider with medium carbonation. Aroma of dry apple notes with white wine notes. Quite a departure from the sweet cider we are used to drink. Love the complexity in this one while retaining some great drinkability.
