Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear bright golden. Aroma brings out stewed apples, treacle toffee and brown sugar in wonderful cohesion. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful blend of stewed apples, caramel apples, and treacle. Moderately sweet for the style with good depth. Excellent.

A light golden cider with aroma of apples with light lichees and bananas. In mouth, a nice complex fruit salad (pineapples, apples and bananas). Interesting. Tasted at Mondial des Cidres de Glaces, Feb. 13, 2010.
