On tap at Mabrasserie, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out brett funk, rustic saison yeast, a little black pepper and some stone fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with a very nice brett expression upfront, followed by some stone fruits and peppery notes. Bright and complex. Excellent.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, very nice and crisp. On tap at Clandestin.

Can: Poured a cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy floral hops notes with light spicy yeast notes and light subtle Brett notes is quite exquisite. Taste is a mix of juicy floral aroma with some light spicy yeast notes, light residual sugar notes with some subtle Brett funky notes also apparent. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Super mix of drinkability and complexity with a great balance between hoppy notes and funky saison notes.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune pâle trouble mousse blanche aérée laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de Brett, malt, ananas, un peu poivré. Goût de Brett, houblon fruité, ananas, amertume moyenne et plutôt longue, soupçon de résine. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen, soyeux.
