En fût au brouepub. Couleur brune foncée laissant filtrer la lumière, mousse beige pâle laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de grains torréfiés, café, chocolat noir, pointe de houblon herbal. Goût de malt grillé, amertume moyenne, café, pas vraiment de houblon. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

A clear brown ipa with a thin creamy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of piney resinous floral hops, nice and pleasant. In mouth, a nice smooth bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, floral resinous hops, nice and smooth. Cask at the brewery.
