A low, fizzy dark tan head on a dense near black body. The nose is medium mild featuring chocolate, coffee, wood and vanilla. Dark chocolate leads the taste profile, with damp wood, fresh ground coffee, vanilla and a hint of cherry underneath. Rich and slick mouth feel.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light vanilla, alcohol warmth. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery. 8-4-7-3-14.

Bouteille 660ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée crémeuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt torréfié, houblon résineux, agrumes, cendre. Goût de café, malt torréfié, houblon fruité, agrumes, acidité un peu trop élevée, soupçon de caramel, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-faible.
