Canette 473ml. Couleur orangée pâle translucide, mousse beige pâle. Arôme de malt, herbacé. Goût de malt, légère amertume, houblon herbal. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with some leafy hops notes. Taste is a nice mix of leafy hops and cereal notes with light grainy notes. While oak notes are not easily identifiable there seems to be a feel for how oak might have round off some of the rough edge from this beer. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but interesting nonetheless.

C’est une bonne bière qui est somme toute neutre dans toute ses facettes. C’est doux mais on goûte quand même le résultat que donne le chêne. Ça doit être un gros vendeur en fût sur place...

A murky amber ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light treacle, pleasant. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2016.
