Can that pours a clean caramel-copper colour with a light-beige frothy head, good stay and lacing. Nice malty nose with some cereal malts, mild caramel, light spices, bread notes and other red ale grains. The taste has a small sweetness with the caramel malts, but the hops really balance things up. Very light dry mouthfeel. Hints of apples. A nice ESB with nice malts and much better than their IPA I just had.
