Le rouge représente les souffrance du peuple martyr; le blanc, l’innocence des moeurs que le peuple acadien doit s’efforcer de conserver; le bleu, sa foi dans l’avenir dans la survivance et l’étoile dorée est un signe de ralliement et témoigne à tous les peuples de la dévotion des Acadiens.

Bottle: Poured a clear medium-dark brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light fruity undertones is very pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of cereal notes with some caramelized malt, some residual sugar and light fruity undertones that are subtle. Body is full with nice creamy texture with good carbonation. Enjoyable but maybe tad sweeter then I was anticipating.

Bouteille 750ml au Québec Ratebeer Gathering. Couleur cuivré translucide, mousse beige. Arôme de malt grillé, levure. Goût de malt grillé, caramel. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nutty and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light phenolics, dark fruits, nice. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering.
