On tap at Vice et Versa (first time I've ever had ice cider on tap!), pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out treacle toffee, brown sugar and sweet red apples. Flavour is moderately sweet for an ice cider, with brown sugar, treacle toffee and red apples. Complex and sweet finish, but not the most exquisite example of the style.

Bouteille au Mondial 2016. Couleur jaune dorée pâle translucide. Arôme de pomme cuite, caramel, pomme fraiche. Goût de caramel, pomme cuite, alcool, sucré, légère acidité. Légèrement pétillant, corps moyen-dense, collant.

A beautiful golden ice cider with a nice aroma of cooked apple, light mineral notes, smooth alcohol, very nice. In mouth, a delicious apple sauce with light grassy notes, loads of sugars, tingling mouth, very nice. On tap at Brasseurs Du Temps.
