Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da orzo tostato e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma color avorio, che ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è attraversato da bollicine fini e il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato fondente, caffè bruciato, liquirizia, luppolo e resina.

Keg at Lupulus bar bologna. A mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is spicy cinnamon, woody, toasted breads, piney hop. Flavour is composed of bitter black roast, burnt pine, cocoa, burnt rubber. Aggressive dirty pine hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet spritzy carbonation, frothy , slightly creamy.

A dark brown ipa with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, resinous floral hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice yet challenging. Bottle at VIP Lounge Mondial 2016.

Bouteille au Mondial 2016, gracieuseté de czar, merci Martin pour ton restant ;). Couleur brune foncée presque opaque, mousse moka laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de malt torréfié, café froid. Goût très sucré, malt, plutôt amère, café, légère acidité, métallique. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Dark brown to black with a big tan beige head. Sourish aroma, yeasty, roasty and hoppy, with plastic. Harshly bitter flavor, yeasty, soapy, roasty and hoppy. Medium-bodied.

on tap scura buona schiuma sentori tostati discreto corpo buon amaro ma non molto profumato
