Canette 473ml. Couleur cuivrée foncée légèrement voilée, mousse beige aérienne. Arôme de croûte de pain, malt légèrement grillé, houblon terreux, pain de seigle. Goût de seigle, Brett, houblon herbal, bonne amertume, terreux, malt grillé. Carbonatation moyenne, corps mince.

A lightly hazed orange amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice chalky biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, light oxidation, OK. In mouth, a nutty biscuit malt with loads of chalky character, herbal hops, very mineral. On tap at Isle de Garde.
