Lots of stone fruit, and acidity with some solid tropical fruit and citrus oils. Honestly doesn’t seem very much like a saison....just tastes like a super happy ipa. This is all hops, maybe some light cereals, but they ar tough to find.

Bottle: Poured a clear light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrusy notes with some sauvignon notes. Taste is lighter then I was expecting with light hoppy notes with citrusy undertones and a light finish. Body is light with good carbonation. A bit short on flavours and the Nelson Sauvin hops are not shining as much as they could.
