A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, tropical fruit, very nice and rich. Can at La Cuvée 2019.

Can: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with dry Brett notes, some vinous notes with light funky notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of rustic malt notes with some dry Brett notes, some vinous notes with light funky notes and dry finish with light oak presence. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Fantastic beer with great level of complexity.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur jus de pomme trouble, mousse beige laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de Brett, boisé, pomme. Goût de Brett, boisé, malt, levure, vineux en fin de bouche, bonne amertume. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.
