Cask at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear, orange to golden colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has a light citrusy touch, with lots of tea, some hay and a spiced notes. There’s oranges in the flavor, as well as hay and spices, and a good dash of tea. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, with black tea and orange in the finish. A refreshing and quite nice beer, should do well as a summer refresher. 150611

A hazed amber Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with smooth black tea, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with nice acidity, black tea, fruity esters puckering, light and smooth. Cask at Mondial 2015.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, hay, peach and tea. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long ice tea, hay and citrus sour finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Cask au Mondial 2015. Couleur brun pâle sale trouble, absence de mousse. Arôme de thé, céréales, herbal. Goût de citron, acidité moyenne, thé en arrière-goût. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.
