En fût au brouepub. Couleur brune très foncée presque opaque, anneau de mousse moka pâle laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt torréfié, alcool. Goût de malt torréfié, chocolat noir, touche de cacao, alcool en arrière-goût. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-faible.

A deep dark Lager /Porter with a thin brown lacing head. In aroma, sweet grassy chocolate malt with light floral hops, some light off notes, but still nice. In mouth, a sweet grassy chocolate with fruity notes, molasses, grassy citrusy hops, some burned character with astringent note, OK. On tap at brewery.
