Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of tart and vinous notes with light roasted malt and chocolate notes also perceptible. Taste is mostly dominated by tart notes with light black chocolates notes also perceptible. Light acidic notes are also perceptible with a light vinous feel. Body is quite full for style with great carbonation. Soured stout are not my favorite style but I thought this one was interesting.

Bouteille 750ml. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-faible. Intéressant.

On tap at the EBF Saturday Tart with a bit of butter. This sour stout seems more like a mistake to me. Not a fan.
