Tap at hopfenstark.
Hazy golden pour, huge rocky white head. Woody, grassy, wheat aroma. Little bit of tartness, some zest pepper too. Carb is over the top, mouth feel is entering whoa! Territory. Finish is more grassy woodiness, some yeast, and wheat. It wasnt that tart, i was expecting more. But a nice saison none the less.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity biscuit malt with nice Brett notes, cork, freshly mowed grass, fruity esters, very smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp sweet biscuit malt with grassy Brett notes, light buttery notes, peaches, refreshing quaffer. Bottle at Oktoberfest des Québecois 2014.

Draft: Poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of dry Brett notes and rustic malt are clearly identifiable. Taste is also a well balanced mix between some dry rustic malt notes with some powerful Brett notes and a super dry finish. Body is full with great carbonation. Very enjoyable but I would drink vast amount in one sitting as it is a bit like having too much of a good thing all at once.
