First beer i tried at the mondiale this year. A great orange/golden pour. Absolutely amazing aroma of juicy citrus fruit. Loads of grapefruit, and touches of pine resin. Medium bitterness intensse grapefruit and resinous hops aftertaste. This is a serious west coast ipa, awesome!

On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear orange-golden beer with a fingerthick light beige head. Citrusy, piney and resiny aroma with hints of pale malts. It’s full-bodied and smooth, nicely carbonated, with a nice bitterness. Hop forward flavor with pale malts in the back. Quite dryish, with a lasting bitter and citrusy, piney finish. A refreshing and nice one, nothing extraordinary going on. 150611

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast, bread and hops. Sweetish, malty and grapey onset, giving way to bitter, hoppy and citric notes. Lingering, rough, estery and bitterish afteraste. Rich, round body. Good.

On tap at the brewpub. Sabotage is a dark cloudy reddish copper pour. That has a bit of an opaque honey tinge. The taste is lightly piney floral hops - very good.

(8 janvier 2013)

On tap at Benelux, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a large white head. Aroma of pungent resinous hops, some tropical fruits and sufficient caramel malt backing. Flavour is quite wild and funky for an IPA, with horse blanket, herbally hops, some grapefruit peel, and enough mat simply to back. Very pleasant bitterness and funk that linger. An atypical wild and funky, but also unmistakeable, IPA. Excellent stuff.
