En fût au Winter Warmer 4. Couleur acajou foncé, peu de mousse beige. Arôme malté, caramel, houblon herbacé. Goût de malt, caramel, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A clear dark amber ale with a thin frothy and lacing mocha head. In aroma, caramel malt with fruity esters, light cinnamon notes and grassy hops. In mouth, a nice sweet biscuit malt with grassy hops, lightly oily mouthfeel, some faint British hops, not bad. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 26 2011.
