En fût au Cheval Blanc. 8,5%. Couleur noire opaque, mousse couleur lait au chocolat disparaîssant rapidement en laissant un anneau. Arôme de malt torréfié, boisé, chocolat noir, bourbon léger. Goût de chocolat noir, malt torréfié et boisé. Carbonation faible, corps moyen.
