Draft: Poured alight amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of dry grassy English style hops with light dry caramel malt notes. Taste is dominated by grassy dry English hops with dry caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good sessionable IPA with well-balanced bitterness and a dry aftertaste.

A translucent golden amber ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy hops, lightly floral. In mouth, a rather light ipa, with grassy british hops, a bit light bodied.

Dégustée en fût sur place. De couleur ambrée et voilée. Nez houblon citrique, moyennement herbeux, légèrement résineux et aux faibles notes terreuses, moyen de fruit (agrumes, léger de fruits tropicaux) et moyen-léger de caramel sucré. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et ainsi qu’une texture légèrement huileuse. Goût moyennement amer de houblon citrique et légèrement herbeux (une amertume présente toute la gorgée) avec un moyen goût fruité (agrumes, notes de fruits tropicaux) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de caramel avec des notes de biscuits puis en finale l’amertume de houblon se fait asséchante, plus herbeuse, légèrement résineuse et aux petites notes terreuses. Post-goût long et sec, moyen-amer de houblon citrique, herbeux et légèrement résineux avec un goût fruitée (zeste d’agrumes). (30 novembre 2012)

En fût à la brasserie. Couleur ambrée, mousse beige. Arôme floral, fruits tropicaux, papaye. Gout de fruits tropicaux, résineux, belle amertume en fin de bouche. Carbonation faible, corps moyen.

On tap at Bedondaine et Bedons Ronds, pours a hazy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma of piney dry hops and some earthy notes. Flavour of earthy, dry hops, some pine trees and not much malt to back - kind of unbalanced. Dry and bitter, but well-constructed. Quite good.
