Visuel : Couleur : jaune. Apparence : claire.
Arôme : Céréales fraîches, léger de levures fruitées aux notes épicées.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Léger goût de levures fruitées (bananes, note d’agrumes) avec des traces de gomme balloune. Une dominante de grains de céréales frais est également présente avec des notes amères de houblon herbeux.
En bouche : Corps : moyenne-mince. Effervescence : moyen. Texture : moyennement crémeuse et aux notes aqueuses. Finale : moyenne, composée de notes amères de houblon herbeux et floral et de levures fruitées.

En fût au restaurant du Vieux-Port de Montréal. Couleur jaune dorée, avec une mousse dense. Arôme de grain, quelques peu florale. Au goût, le grain ressort en premier, de noix, léger goût floral. Une des meilleures bières bu au 3 Brasseurs.

Hazy blond color; creamy head. Smelly aroma, some malt and dirty water. Sweetish flavor, with mild herbal character; ordinary bitterness. Uninteresting.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light yeasty and mild wheaty. Yeasty fruity and sweet malty flavoured. Light bitterness and phenolis bite coming through. Lingering caramelish and phenolic flavoured into the far finish.
