A 6.5% ABV. version of the Molson Dry, put in a 8-pack of small cans. Pours a light golden colour with a big frothy white head that stays a decent time and gives out a bit of foamy lacing. The nose is not overly sweet as I thought it would be, kind of malty. Notes of alcohol and bananas. Taste of sweet malt with the famous Molson corn in the finish. A little adjuncts, but overall, not too bad. Nothing too chemical. Made for the 18-20 year olds.

Bouteille 250ml. Couleur jaune pâle avec une mousse blanche assez dense. Goût semblable à sa cousine la Molson Dry. Goût d’alcool un peu plus prononcé. Sans grand intérêt.

So... let me get this straight. It’s the same Molson Dry 6.5 beer but in a smaller can? Or different beer in a smaller can, with the same name? Pours with big thick foamy head and an average gold colour - though one should wonder what the head is for since the whole thing implies you’ll drink it out of a can. Aroma of stale bread with a hint of lemon juice. Flavour is slight grain hints - but ultimately it has almost no flavour. The real kicker is in the aftertaste, which is slightly dry - but then sinks into all of this corn and rice adjunct stuff that coats your tongue. You’d better drink another to try and forget about it.

Cannette. De couleur dorée et transparente. Nez de maïs sucré, de grains de malt pâle avec des notes herbeuses gazonnées et métalliques. Goût de grains de malt pâle âcre avec un léger goût chimique (faibles notes végétales) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût moyennement sucré de maïs ainsi qu’une finale légèrement herbeuse (gazonnée) avec des notes d’alcool métallique. Post-goût court et aux notes sèches avec un goût légèrement métallique et des notes herbeuses.

2005 "can" sampled with bucknaked 4/28/2005. Smells sweet and spicy. Candy, orange peel, corn. Tastes of sour corn, corn syrup, lots of cardboard, bland and overcarbonated on the finish, light body. Pale yellow color, fizzy white head.
