Sample thanks to Saxo: Poured an orange brown with off white head. Aroma is fruity, caramel and sweet malts. Taste is dark fruits with caramel sweet malts, some breadiness too.

[ As Carakale Doppelbock ].
ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread, sweet malt, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, bread, caramel, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

10/2/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of Saxo & co, cheers. Pours clear bright red/amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is very malty, caramel, light chocolate, malt biscuit and touch of dried fruit. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft soft carbonation.

Bottle, 7.5%. Clear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and a little dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, sweet, dark fruit and a little bitter.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, offwhite head. Malty, caramely and nutty aroma, a little straw. Sweetish, malty flavour, quite caramely.

Frothy white good mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some caramel notes. Light bitter very caramelic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. NIce head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, nuts, hops, fruits and has a sweet bready caramel finish.

Lahev (Díky do Východních Neratovíc!): Almost clear, reddish-amber coloured, nearly no head, sweet-bitter nose of caramel, molasses and toasted malt, moderate herbal-hoppy background; moderate - as well - sweet flavour with a light bitterness, not cloying, almost full bodied and a bit sticky; slightly lingering sweet fruity-toasty finish with an increasing balancing happiness in the aftertaste. Well, the right stuff for hot days in the desert...
