44 cl can from a Netto discounter poured in to a Trappist glass. First Christmas themed beer of this year! Slightly hazy amber colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, rye bread, grasses, toasted bread, ripe fruits and a herbal hoppy note. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Drying finish. Fair, some cardboard notes lurking in the far finish.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy copper brown with airy light beige head. Clear aroma of caramel, yeast and malt, with mild fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with spicy notes and sweetish touches of yeast and caramel malt and fruity hints. Estery and mildly fruity touches with bitter and acetoc hints. Not bad as such, just anonymous.

bottle. clear amber, light brown head. nutty and malty aroma, clean. flavor is bitter nuts and caramel, bordering too sweet, okay but i think that perhaps an otherwise okay sort of vienna style beer has been made worse a bit by adding spices that made it sweeter more than it made it spicy. think brown cakes that has been a bit too long in the oven.
