n tap at Peders, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out light Christmas spices, with light nutmeg, toasted caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is semi-spicy, with cinnamon, caramel, and bready malt. Malty and spicy, but not particularly complex. Decent.
