many thanks for this bottle to Tomek. Bottle from Warsaw that winter. Vintage 2019 (early) piana wyskoczyla jak fontanna, jest wieksza niz ta co widzialem w Karvinie. rozlana na stoliku, kolor bezowy. w snisterze nic jej nie uraczylem, jakies przegazowanie, istny wulkan. Piwo ma ciemno brazowa barwe z poczatkowym refleksem szlachetnej czerwieni, niczym plachta na byka trzymana przez torreadora. w aromacie koniak, wanilia, nuty beczki, szlachetne alko, rozgrzewajace, mnostwo kwasnej dojrzalej wisni i sliwki wegierki. Troche slodkawe ale beczki poprawiaja nastroj, no i gdyby nie wybuch tej piany znaczoco byla by wyzsza moja ocena, acha jeszcze plus za ukryte mocne alko. Pairing with Belgian Abbaye cheese from Brugge

Ruby colour, almost no head, fair lacing. Aroma is intensive cherry, also vanilla, cognac, almond, warming alcohol. Light bitterness, lightly sour. Medium body, even a bit watery, soft carbonation. Good, but not exceptional.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, bread, dark malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, candy, wood - barrel, alcohol - cognac, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, alcohol - cognac, wood - barrel, dark malt, caramel, sweet dried fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20191101]
