09072019 Aromat bardzo przyjemny waniliowy, toffi, kakao, czekoladki kakaowe, tytoń Drobna piana brązowa, nieprzejrzyste, brązowe Słodkie i gorzkie w kawowo kakaowy sposób, dobrze zbalansowany Nagazowanie małe prawie bez gazu, średnie, gładkie, finisz kakaowy tytoniowy, alkoholu brak w odczuciu Ogólnie piwo to się pije jak jakąś kawę mrożoną o smaku kakaowy bardzo fajne, spróbował bym go jeszcze, ale czy tak smakuje brown ale. Zdradliwe uderza do głowy.

Clear dark brown beer, small irregular aery beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit oxidized, caramel, malty, some coconut, vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of chocolate, sugary touch, pretty oxidized, vanilla, caramel. Aftertaste: bitter touch, bit oxidized, sugary, some coconut, lots of chocolate, bitter touch.

ABV: 10.4%. Unclear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, sweet alcohol - rum, barrel. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, wood, sweet malt, barrel, dark malt, roasted - coffee - dark malt, light sweet alcohol - rum, some glue - resin, light tobacco - woody. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20191101]

Bottle. Piana brazowa srednia malo trwala. barwa czarna nie przejrzyste. Intensywny aromat wanilli, orzechow wloskich, w smaku wanilia pieczone ciastka, rogaliki, wanilia, ciagle wanilia, czekolada, kakao, orzechy wloskie, pecan i caly czas wanilia, alkohol ukryty, nuty rumu troche wyczuwalne, nut tytoniu niewiele, bardzo niewiele. Dobre piwo.

Miała być degustacja z długim opisem ale nie będzie, chcę się cieszyć tym piwem, choć łezka w oku się zakręciła bo tylko jedną butelkę zakupiłem a mogłem wiecej. Tytoń w aromacie robi taką robotę, trochę zanika pod koniec a wychodzi beczka, kakao, no jest co opisywać - złożoność tego trunku niesamowita, gładkie, aksamitne, kremowe ,ułożone, genialne. Jedno czego nie mogę wyodrębnić to syrop z agawy. SZTOS w porównaniu do nudnego el classico.

330ml bottle. Opaque, dark brown colour with a slightly late awakening, thick, creamy, fading, creamy layer on top. Intense and condensed, sweet-ish, nutty, caramel malty aroma, notes of caramel, amaretto, candied almond, a touch of clove and tobacco that reminds of Gudang Garam. Taste is sweet, slightly sugary malty, notes of caramel, amaretto, candied almond, some vanilla, orange peeel, a touch of clove and tobacco; some dry cocoa in the finish, well hidden alcohol. Oily to viscous texture, smooth, soft, silky palate. Excellent composition, superbly crafted - a wonderful sipper. Only point of criticism: a tad too sugary sweet.
