At least one hand full! The 1/2 Breakfast Stout is a true flavor sensation. Roasted malts as well as true English ale yeast provide full flavor. Slight smokiness and coffee aroma balance each other out just right. The creamy head rounds off the fine carbonated body with its mildly bitter flavor.

33cl bottle. A dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark breadish malt, coffee, red fruits. Taste of dark reddish brown malt, dark bread, mild coffee.

Bottle. Black/brown with a nice beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, soy sauce, herbs and some coffee. Taste is roasted malts, mild hints of coffee and chocolate with a nice long lasting herbal bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Alright.

33cl bottle. From Koelschtrinker, Euro swap. Poured dark brown in color. Thin off white head. Roasted malty, bit syrupy with bready notes. Similar flavors. Mild herbalness. Not the freshest anymore.

Stark röstiger, leicht schokoladig malziger Beginn. Hintergründig mild hopfig-herb, was zeitgleich mit dem Malzaroma ansteigt. Trocken, röstig malziger Abgang. 11/9/10/10/9/10

Bottle. Nearly black, small light beige head. Mild aroma, some caramel, roast, a little coffee. Flavour has roasted malt, a little coffee and a little chocolate. Dry roasted finish, medium body.

Draught at KCBD19. Good roasted aroma. Almost black colour, cloudy. Small head. The flavour is roasted with a little Schwarzbier character and a little milk stout character. Mild but not bad. Half a stout seems appropriate. 636314
