Our folk beer is a stock with some extra hops grown in the part of southern Bohuslän, once called Inland. It has a clear civilization but is dominated mostly by aroma cumin with elements of citrus and elder. This is a beer that fits most dishes, but is also good as it is.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Golden color with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with notes of bread, grain, hay, grass, some citrus and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grain, grass, citrus, lemon peel and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Light body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing with a nice hop presence. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Marstrand. Clear golden, white head. Malty, hoppy citrusy aroma. Similar flavour, rather light. Pale lager?
