I know this isn't suppose to be a great brewery but this was a shockingly well made schwarz-y stout. Clean stout with low acidity and a lightly dry ash. Lovely carbonation. Short aftertaste makes be want more.

Very dark brown, small light beige head. Malty, caramely aroma. Malty, syrupy, sugary flavour, light and artificial chocolate. Has a very light roasted, sourish note in the finish.

Bottle at KØ18. Caramelly aroma. Dark brown colour. Almost no head. The flavour is sweet, caramelly, vinious, syrupy. Medium bitterness.

33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, toffee. Sweet, toasted and darkmmalty. Bitter and slight sourish to sweet malty finish.

Bottle from Eurodeli, Tilst. Clear very dark brown with a small light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, , caramel and soy sauce. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 220118
