28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy golden colour with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, yeast, citrus, banana and light herbs. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness and light sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy pinkish amber transparent with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with malty and estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with fruity and estery notes and touches of malt. Reasonable but the rather cheesy aftertaste makes it more like a BW than a Saison.
