(Keg at William the Fourth, 20250608)The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was small and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, floralness and tart fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, citrus fruits, floralness, grapefruit and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits, mushrooms and bitterness. A otherwise decent brew but the mushroom taste was weird.

Tap at Vinny and Ted, Chalfont St Peter. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, mineral, light lemon citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Can Okay, bit dry, not really dense in taste. Easy ale which fits the purpose.
