[33cl can from the Mad Squirrel shop, Chesham.] A hazy amber pour with a loose cream head; aroma of sour grains and caramel; creamy body, slightly soapy with a nice balance of sour grains and sweet caramel; and a burnt caramel finish. I'm becoming a fan of this style.

28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, fruit, hops and pine. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Mild aroma of hops and malt, with estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and hints of fruit. Bitter and estery aftertaste, Okay.
