DØE bustur. Amber with a lasting off-white head. Funky aroma with brett, grapefruit, leather, along with caramel and dark sugar, dried fruit and spice. Dry funky and fruity flavour with caramel, but a nice drying finish

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Hazy amber, beige head. Fruitiness, caramel, some brett, sweetish, a bit of alcohol.

Hazy dark amber, light beige froth. Aroma has sour berries, caramel and light brett. Sweet, sticky flavour, light carb tickle. Sweet berries, alc warmth. Fruity, heavily malty, caramely. Not much brett after the initial sniff, but still quite good.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy dark brown with a light tan head, lacings. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, belgain yeast, candy sugar, dark fruits, alcohol. Flavor is very sweet, malty, caramel, yeast, candy sugar, honey, bready, dark fruits, light alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Over the top sweet. 281016

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and jhoppy aroma. Apple and vanilla and brett. Moderate biter flavor. Brett give some fruitiness to BSA notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, apples, vanilla and dark fruit. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Be a bit bolder with the brett next time, please. 050816
