0,2l from tap at arrogant pub. Black color, small tan head. Smells toffee, earthy, burned malts, nice smell. Medium body, light carbonation. Tastes of cereal, grassy, earthy, toffee, burned malts, rye bread, bit joghurt. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of burned malts, rye bread and some joghurt notes. Hmm, gets some joghurt when warming up, overall drinkable but not overly exciting

Clear dark brown to black beer, big very irregular beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice roast, some chlorine, hoppy touch, resinous. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft roast, pretty bitter, little sweet, some caramel, hoppy, bit resinous, slightly roasted, bitter. Aftertaste: nice roast, little malty, some caramel. Two "Tabu" beers in one tasting, what are the odds?!

Sentori di sottobosco vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. Le bollicine sono grandi. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage e la carbonazione sono spinte da una la velocità di ascesa vivace. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza, e c'è anche una punta di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, pino, erba e terra.

Gezapft im Tana in Brüssel Rot-braun. Wohl klar, fester Schaum, leicht cremig. Aroma: Malzig. Geschmack: Malzig, bitter. Südfruchtnoten. Etwas Kaffee.

Tap @Luppolo12, Roma. Black with thick beigehead. Roasted malt and quite hoppy aroma. Passionfruit and pine and hints of coffee. Piney grapefruit flavour with more roast. Decent.
