Barwa brunatna, lekko zmętnione, piana beżowa, niska, krótkotrwała. W aromacie banany i goździk, trochę karmelu i ciemnych owoców. W smaku wyraźna podbudowa słodu pszenicznego, nuty bananowe, goździkowe, trochę fig, daktyli, wiśni, nieco nut palonych, kawowych, przyprawowych, do tego karmel, opiekany tost, trochę skojarzenia z weizenbockiem i belgijskimi quadruplami. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie średniowysokie, niezłe ciało, niezła pijalność. Bardzo ciekawe i złożone piwo, warte spróbowania.

Bottle, 5.2%. The aroma has a fat yeasty note with a citric ending. Dark brown colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is yeasty and citric. Has a sort of wheat note, but more citric stuff.

Bottle @ Vinterslaget på Østersøen, Sønderborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy beige head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour, complemented by sourish notes and touches of coffee, malt and hops. Roasty and sourish aftertaste. Well-balanced and quite decent.
