URSA DWA MISIE to piwo nawiązujące do belgijskich piw klasztornych.

Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of DMS and spice, with notes of malt and yeast. Sour-sweetish flavour of veggies, vinegar and cheap malt. Bitter, hoppy notes. Sour aftertaste. Not off. Just bad. The teddy bear is enormously disappointed. Both of them are.

Bottle, 6.7%. Vinous and alcoholic aroma, perhaps a little caramelly. Cloudy, almost muddy, amber brown colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly and vinous, almost citric in the finish. Getting sour and slightly metallic towards the end.
