bottle from eBrowarium. Deep brown with a creamy beige-brown head. Christmasy nose. Dark malts with chocolate, caramel, honey and espresso coffeed ominate, supported by christmasy spices lsuch as clove, cardamom and aniseed. Very well balanced, a delight.

Bottle @ Vinterslaget på Østersøen, Sønderborg. Pours cloudy coffee brown with airy light tan head. Clear, deafening aroma of cinnamon, cloves and other Christmas cake spices, leaving the possible other nuances to one’s imagination. Bitter and spicy flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and yeast. Roasty and bitetr aftertaste. Aggressive but well-balanced and enjoyable.

Hazy copper, creamy offwhite head. Strong aroma of christmas spices, mainly cloves. Sweet, strong cloves flavour. Perhaps some roasted notes in the background, but the spices are simply deafening.

Bottle, 7.5%. Distinctly spicy aroma, cinnamon, cardamum and probably much more. Very dark brown colour, seems cloudy. The flavour is sweet with the same notes as the aroma, and a good alcohol level to balance. Usually I do not like overly spiced beers, but this one is quite nice in my opinion.
