(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 2. Black. Nose is thick sweet sugary desert pie velvet cake with some salted caramel. Taste is vanilla sugar, coconut, velvet cake, toffee, salted caramel finish, exactly what it should be. Body is lovely thick sugar, cake, caramel, exactly what it promised that it would be. Very nice even if I am not super into salted caramel.

Keg thanks To Craig/Fin. It pours jet with a small tan head. The aroma is rich, roasted malt, sweet, sticky, oily, sugar, salted caramel, oily, toffee crisp, vanilla and oiliness. The taste is soft, sweet, sticky, oily, sugary, salted caramel, chocolate cake, oily, slick, maltesers, toffee crisp, warming alcohol and booze with a chewy finish. Full body and fine carbonation. Intense boozy and sweet job. Good fun anyhow.

Tap. Leeds International Beer Festival. Nearly black. Slim ring, and a few bubbles of dark tan head. Nose is big on the salted caramel. Lots of cocoa rich chocolate. Booze steeped vine fruits. Light bourbon character. A little woody, and a little earthy. Taste is predictably sweet, with plenty of chocolate and sweet oak booze. Some salinity, which goes really well with the richness. Rich and smooth mouthfeel. ABV is well hidden, here. Bittersweet chocolate to finish. Well balanced, chewy, dangerously easy drinking impy.
