Bottle from Flavourly. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of cider, sharp apples and light yeast esters. Taste has a hint of ethanol, tangy apple. Dry finish.

Lys bruk lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter vingummi, eple og korn. Lett. Syrlige epler, gjær, korn og tørket frukt.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Verksgata (Stavanger), hjemme: lett uklar gylden med kort skum. Aroma av overmodne gule epler, høy og gjær. Heldigvis har den også litt citron i smaken sammen med maltsødmen. Saison er en av mine favorittstilarter, men denne når dessverre ikke opp. Minner mest om lett surnet eplebrus.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt kritthvitt skum. Litt lacing. Lett eplearoma. Smaken mørke epler. Syrlig.

On tap @ Royal Burger and Gin. Looks nice. It's a cloudy orange golden looking on. A small bubbly and sidesticking filmy head on the top. Well, it smells kinda saison and farm infused. Apples? Sure, but its the yeast that dominates. Slightly dry and grape infused. Hints of both pepper and fruit compot. Not bad. It tastes like honey and apples combined. Well, that and saison yeast of course. It's mild oily in the mouth and it's quite softly carbonated. Sweet red apple with not so much bitterness to balance. But I still quite enjoyed this apply sweetish thing. 10.02.2017

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is mild fruity, yellow apples, hay, yeast, grass, light malts, flowers, minerals, leafs, apple peel. Taste is slightly dry floral, yeast, hay, weeds, minerals, grass, apple cores, paper, light malts, moss. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Unclear yellow golden color with a fine frothy white head. Ok lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Round mellow sweetness and a pleasant mild acidity. Apples, fruity, yeast and mild citric flavor. Decent and tasty in the sun.
