0.5l bottle from #024. This is a cloudy kinda grey straw yellow colored one with a nice big white lacing head on the top. On the nose it's quite nice and fruity. Classic citrussy hops with a wheat yeasty touch. Green strawberries and peachy stone fruits. Like it. It has a high almost aggressive carbonation level, and it feels thin oily in the mouth. More dry in the taste. Dry with minerals, definitely some wheat and hay here. It's soft grassy and I like the hoppy profile. Also, there's a mild sourness lurking in the back. Not sure it it's meant to be there, but it kinda works. Not bad at all. 20.02.2016

Big white head. Hazy yellow body. Citric fruity mealy aroma with herbal notes. Acidic fruity herbal taste with raspberry notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy mouthfeel. Acidic citrusy resiny mealy aftertaste with funky wooden notes. This tastes like the uninfected beer probably is great. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Oslo City. Batch #024.)

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 23.11.15. Pale grey. White head and lacing. Aroma of lemon, lime, lemonade and a hint of spices. Similar taste, with lemon and lime marmalade balanced by mediun bitterness. Lime lingering on. A bit fizzy.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, golden-orange colored body under a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has some lemony hints, with coriander seeds, Yeasty notes too. It’s medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a touch of bitterness. Pale malts, citrus zest and coriander seed in the flavor. Quite dry. Long citrusy and yeast finish. Well, it’s quite nice, but too much on the yeasty side. 151114
