0.5l long-neck bottle. Well, to say it's a pale one is quite the understatement. Most likely the palest thing I've ever seen, it's crystal clear and it has/had a short lived fizzing bubbly white top long gone after a few seconds. Smells a bit like a hybrid of a white wine and a dry cider. Faint sour apples with green grapes, yeast, sulfide and some woody hints. Not horrible. Well, it's more sweet than dry in the taste. Thin and near watery in the mouth with a big bubbled carbonation level. The flavors quickly vaporizes in the mouth but when it's there its giving me a faint dry and sweet yellow and green apply flavor. Also a little bit of yeast with white sugar. Much sweeter than I appreciate, but I guess you still can call it a fair cider. There are better alternatives though.. 09.12.2013

23.11.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is very mild, kind of neutral actually, sour socks, hay, sugar, hints of yellow apples. Taste is very mild, slightly refreshing, green and yellow apples, hay, apple skin, hints of yeast and sorrel. Thin body. Fair enough, easy drinking.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours crystal clear, very pale yellow with a fizzy, fading white head. Ripe, yellow delicious apple nose. Light to medium sweet flavor, some welcome dryness, hints of basement. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Nicely dry to finish, some mellow ripe apple sugars, subtle hints of dankness. A cheerful little cider.
