On tap @ Cardinal. Deep golden body with a fine white head. Lovely, strong fruity hop aroma. Fine citric fruity, caramel malt flavor with decent bitterness. Very quaffable and refreshing flavor. Moderate but balanced bitterness in the aftertaste. Well done Mike!

400ml draught at Grünerløkka Brygghus in Oslo. Amber-red body with a slight haze. A few tiny patches to the surface. Citric hops to the nose. Fresh taste of lemony hops. Dry hopped ending. A pleasant surprise this one, 25.11.2010.

On tap at Cardinal. It’s an almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head leaving lacings. Citrusy nose with pine cones and some maltyness. Some sulphur as it warms. Bitter in the mouth, but with sufficient sweetness to balance it. Some pine cones and a little caramel maltyness. Full body, nicely carbonated. Pleasantly bitter in the fruity finish. A nice and easy drinking little beer. 101113

Sampled on tap at Gladmatfestivalen and Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Excellent aroma and flavour dominated by American Northwestern hops (Chinook, Amarillo and Citra), perfectly balanced by the malts (pilsener and crystal). Citric and resinous notes, just the right bitterness. One of the best lagers I’ve had in a long time.
