Purchased at a grocery in Ankara, Turkey, September 2011. Its not so bad. Brown. Banana aroma. medium sweet with wheat, some bubblegum, and a surprisingly thick palate. Its Turkey, and there is not a lot to choose from.

Bottled 330ml. -Muddy brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, caramel and light fruity nose. Sweet malty, caramel and cardboard with mild wheaty and overripe fruit taste. Unbalanced but all in all ok Turkish weizen.

0.33l bottle bottle shared with ClubGonzo and InBreak. This one pours a mild brown - almost murky - body with a quickly fading and sidesticking off-white head. The aroma is sweet, it has notes of banana, dark malts, caramel and bubble gum. Soft carbonation, medium-bodied and the mouthfeel is kinda oily. Flavors are also mildly sweet with banana, thin dark malts and perhaps even some really thin coffee. Ends quickly. Not a bad beer in the burning sun I would guess because there are no real off-flavors, but not much for a autumn warmer..

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy amber colour. light malty and hoppy and only very slightly yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Almost no fruity esters. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. Not a very good weizen but from Turkey? OK.

Gusta Dunkel 5.5% Kindly brought back home from Izmir by frau Eva. Decent off-white head leaving fragile spotty lacing behind. Not pretty in the glass with its murky, beige-brown body. Spiced banana with sour grass to the nose. Malted wheat, rye bread and banana in flavour with notes of yeast. Some acidity on the swallow, but still very sweet. Possible to drink (Tromsø, 24.07.2010).

330 ml bottle, brought home from Turkey by my wife. ABV is 5.5%. Murky greyish brown colour, big to moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of lightly roasted malts, a hint of chocolate. The flavour is bland and boring, bready notes with a slight acidity. Very far from being a great beer, it is not totally undrinkable though. Probably better with food than on its own.
