Whole Foods, Williamsburg bomber: pours slightly hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is tangerine, juice, resin, more citrus. Taste is super juicy, but also somewhat bitter. Kind of sweet and sticky. Citrus and tangy juicy aftertaste.

22 oz bottle from Whole Foods, Chelsea. A hazed orange pour. Small, fizzy head and light, drippy lacing. The aroma is full of citrus, both the meat and the zest. A bit of an herbalness as well. Heavy citrus zest on the flavor, fairly bitter like taking a bite right out of the rind. Theses some light bread / spice. Solid beer. Drinks more like a beer in the 6-7% range. I tend to prefer the fruit flavors be developed in a beer like this rather than added, but I thought it worked okay here.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a copper glow and a rich, four centimetre tall head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, bright assertive high alpha acid hops with some noticeable alcohol and a touch of malt on the end of the smells. Medium to Full-bodied; Assertive grassy and citrus flavours show the grapefruit and biting oranges up front with a lighter sweetness on the tail end, but this is all citrus and fruity IPA with some noticeable hop bitterness and a bit of malt backbone near the end. Aftertaste shows more and more citrus with grapefruit bitterness and alcohol battling out for the strongest flavours in here. Overall, a good but very citrus and bittering flavours throughout. Nice to sample and a good Imperial-ish IPA with tons of fruit flavours, great especially if you like grapefruit bitterness. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Chelsea), New York, yesterday on 02-December-2016 for US$7,99 sampled in my hotel room upstairs here in Chelsea, New York on 03-December-2016.

Grabbed at whole foods didn’t know it was a damn fruited IPA but alas not bad. Bright cloudy yellow orange small sudsy head. Nose is pretty much all tangerine. Tastes of tangerine juice, bitter hops, soap, green wood, hint of bubble gum. Bitter and fruity. If fruited ipas are your jam this ain’t bad.
