Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ “Italian Beer Week-end #6 - Ranzani 13 Édition” CML Fontainas. Lightly hazy orange, lacing creamy white head. Nose is touch sweet fruity sweetish stoen fruit. Taste is pleasant nice combination of stone fruit & cheesy hop, low bready malts, lingering cheese. Nice body. Pretty decent, albeit touch sweet.

On tap @ Sebar. Light amber color with a massive rocky white head, persistent, cristallized. Astonishing smell of hops and soap. Aroma of american hops, citrus, marsiglia soap, lavender, resin. Some caramel malts too, but kicked out of the scene. Very soapy aftertaste. Taste is bitter, sustained carbonation, sharp bitter finish, long hoppy leftover. Somehow raw and unrefined, quite good.

75cl bottle split with Girgio @ Il Pretesto, Bologna, grazie a te! Dorée-orangée sur un trouble léger, col blanc crémeux. Arôme offre un bouquet intéressant de fruité rappelant le Citra, le rétro-nasal est léger et tire vers un grains, cara. Palais offre une belle note tropicale tirant plus sur un pamplemousse. Amertume est modérée avec un profil malté arrivant plus sur la fin. Le houblon confère aussi un léger ajout épicé. Léger et sympa, reste à voir ce que fera Monkey Beer une fois des ses propres installations.
