12 oz bottle from A&P Hoboken, 5/27/15, My 100th Pilsener rating
Hazy gold-orange color with a thin white head and some spotty lacing. Grainy malt aroma, some German hops, brad, a little spice, and some earth/dirt. Flavors comes through pretty much exactly the same way. Grainy, spice, and a decent, light bitterness on the close. Feels okay. Light-medium bodied, a little too much carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish. Goes down easy. Probably fine that I only have one, but this isn't a bad beer.

From a bottle its quite bright followed by a dull upstart. Yes, quite bitter as it sets in like a real world old country pilsner. Some citrus in there, more like green citrus I’d say. Impact hides most of the good co2. Not real happy with the longer astringent bitter linger as the session ends.

12-pack of mixed cans purchased in Homer, NY. Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and real nice foamy lacing. Grainy pils malt aromas with some honey notes and fresh hops. Refreshing crisp mouthfeel. Mild grapefruit taste over the grain. Nice bitterness creating light dryness in the finish. A great easy-going brew, but because of the American hops, not really a pilsner, but feels closer to a APA.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours totally clear gold with a frothy, somewhat off-white head. The nose holds lightly toasted grains, cereal, touches of citrus and pine. Light-medium sweet flavor with more cereal, hay, orange rind, pale bread, biscuits and hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly well balanced on the finish, with nips of biscuity ple malts, lightly bitter grass and hay, further rindy citrus. Nothing wrong here.
